In 27 November 2023 Satuan Audit Internal Telkom University carried out Online Benchmarking via zoom meeting with the Institute of Quality & Knowledge Advancement (InQKA) Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
The discussion at this meeting was knowledge sharing on internal audit management, ISO-based academic quality assurance, and various functions related to the quality of education in both institutions
